Despite the loss, Windsor City FC scored a win off the field by teaming up with the United Way to collect school supplies for their Backpack to Success program. Absolute Comfort Control Services provided their truck as fans and members of the community dropped off various items to be given to kids when school starts in September. The aim of the program is to provide backpacks filled with grade-appropriate supplies for students in need from kindergarten through grade 12 in our region.
