Luke Willson is the latest football player from Essex-County to retire from the NFL following Tyrone Crawford who hung up the cleats in March. Willson signed with the Seattle Seahawks Tuesday and decided to call it a career Wednesday.
The LaSalle native won the SuperBowl in his rookie season in 2013 and leaves the game with eleven career touchdowns. He played 85 games with the Seahawks, three with Baltimore and 14 with his childhood favourite Detroit Lions in 2018.
