Hockeyfest is coming to Windsor May 9-11 with the help of Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island. The hockeypalooza is being held at the Riverfront Festival Plaza and is open to players of all ages and skill level.

"We are thrilled for the City of Windsor to serve as the host community for HockeyFest this year," Windsor Mayor Drew Dilkens posted on social media. "Downtown will be alive with excitement as the world’s largest street hockey festival takes over Festival Plaza."
The event will feature live music by The Reklaws and supports mental health initiatives.
"If you don't shoot, you don't score," City councillor Renaldo Agostino told Powerplay Sports. "We continue to play hard for our downtown and this event will certainly be a winner."
Dilkens also posted he encourages everyone to drip by Museum Windsor's Hockey exhibition which celebrates Canada's game through May 11th.
