Sisson top local at Bantam Championship at Roseland

Jack Sisson wasn't overly excited following his five-over-77 on day one of the Golf Ontario Juvenile and Bantam Championships. "I stuggled today a little bit" said the Pointe West golfer. "Couldn't hit a green or fairway but hope to do better tomorrow"

The 15-year old missed the final event of the Jamieson Jr. Golf Tour at Beach Grove today and finishes 2nd overall behind Tyler Hurtubise.

The 15-year old is tied for 32nd heading into day 2. Port Perry's Nolan Laird is tied for first with Emerald Hills golfer Jordan Hwang after posting a 3-under-69.
