Jamieson overall standings tightening up

Austin Brancaccio and Vanessa Ardovini earned their first wins of the season on the Jamieson Jr. Golf tour at Sutton Creek Thursday. Brancaccio finished with a 72, one stroke better than Rylan Marontate and Jax Sisson who finished tied for second at 73. Marontate moved into second place and sits six points behind tour leader Tyler Hurtubise, who finished 4th at Sutton Creek with a 74.


Ardovini shot a 78 to settle for a tie with tour leader Kyla Charlebois. The win helped Ardovini jump over Kennedy Fremlin for second in the overall standings seven points behind Charlebois.


The next event is Monday at Maple City.
