Fratmen gearing up for spring camp

The St. Clair Fratmen had 66 players at their rookie camp this past weekend at Acumen Stadium. They came from as far away as Alberta for a chance to make an impression on head coach Mike Lachance and his staff.

"Every kid looks good on highlight films so to be able to get them on our field with our coaches is an awesome advantage." said Lachance.

Players went through a three days five practice camp with some leaving a favourable impression which will lead to them being invited to spring camp with veteran players later this week and through the summer.

Spring camp begins Saturday. "Following spring camp we will have a very realistic outlook of where we are right now and more importantly what we need to add to get to where we want to be." said Lachance.
