Conroy Copeland has been teaching martial arts and karate to students of all ages since 1978. It's a passion that first began in 1972 at W.D. Lowe. He has travelled around the world as a competitor and trainer.
Copeland has taught thousands at his club the art of building strength in mind and body while improving self-esteem and nurturing respect.
He is being inducted into the Windsor-Essex County Sports Hall of Fame on October 28th in the Builder/Martial Arts category.
