For the first time in a long time the Windsor Clippers aren't heading to the second season after losing 17-6 to Elora Sunday afternoon. A year ago the Clippers were at the top of their division and conference and rolling into the regular season finale having won 7 of 8.
They needed a win Sunday to make the playoffs but instead fell to 7-13 on the season. The loss allowed Wallaceburg (8-12) to win the division as the Clippers finish 2nd in the Far West, two points behind.

Connor Scott had a goal and two assists to lead Windsor while Brinley Wilson scored five goals and added a helper to pace Elora. Wilson is the runaway scoring champ finishing with 66 goals and 146 points, 30 more than second place Jaden Patterson of St. Catharine's.
Here is a third period goal by Ajinn Vantassel.
Check out the spirited fight between Mason Myers-Whiteye and Jabe Verbeek.
