Clippers fall in season opener

Brayden Mayea scored the game-tying goal short-handed in the season opener against Six Nations sending the game into overtime. The Rebels scored the only goals of the extra session leaving Windsor with an 11-9 win. Mayea opened strong finishing with three goals and four assists. the 17-year old is coming off a rookie campaign where he scored 60 goals and had 105 points. Marshall Powless led the Rebels with three goals and six assists. Chase Cosgrove faced 64 shots stopping 53.
